Statesville ó The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office charged a man with murdering a missing Cornelius woman.
Bonnie Lou Irvine, 51, had been missing since March 8. Her body was found late last week in a shallow grave.
Detectives charged Bernard George Lamp, 50, with murder and first-degree kidnapping, according to a press release.
Iredell County detectives had been investigating a report of a deceased female body that had been located. It was determined that the body was that of Irvine.
