A case of cheese slices valued at $80 was stolen from Hardee’s, 726 E. Innes St., according to the Salisbury Police Department.
Timothy Gray, shift supervisor at the restaurant, reported the theft occurred between 11 p.m. Jan. 15 and 11 p.m. Jan. 16.
In other Police Department reports:
– Laura Smith Johnson, 140 Norris Drive, reported an attempted burglary at her home Jan. 22.
– David Mayfield reported Jan. 22 that a chainsaw had been stolen Sept. 15, 2007, from Walk On Products, 200 Peeler Road.
– A 23-year-old man was treated at Rowan Regional Medical Center’s emergency room after he was assaulted Jan. 22 at 721 S. Boundary St.
– Mary Elizabeth Foreman reported items stolen from her vehicle while it was parked at Salisbury Mall, 1935 W. Jake Alexander Blvd., Jan. 22.
– Bryan Antonio Burrell reported a Jan. 23 vandalism at 128 Heilig Ave.
– Vandals damaged Franklin Leasing Co. property Jan. 23 at 149 E. D Ave.
– Carol Locke Ottinger reported she was the victim of a Jan. 23 fraud.
– Daniel L. Burton reported items stolen from his vehicle while it was parked at 1040 E. Innes St. Jan. 23.
– Jermaine Cornnell Smith reported a Jan. 23 attempted burglary at 407 Park Ave.
– Walter Minor Grimes III, 27, 118 Adams Circle NE, Marietta, Ga., was charged Jan. 23 with felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver crack cocaine and felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver marijuana in a parking lot at 929 S. Jake Alexander Blvd. He was held under $50,000 secured bond pending a first appearance in court.
– Antoine Alfonzo Holmes, 29, 427 E. Cemetery St., was charged Jan. 23 with communicating threats and failing to appear in court. He was held under $6,500 secured bond pending a Feb. 28 trial date.
– Jennifer M. Lambert, 28, 1515 Westover St., Lowell, was charged Jan. 23 with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle based on a complaint by Mary Delainea Lambert, 340 Moon Circle. Trial date is Feb. 21.
