Clark Eugene Herndon, 50, address given as streets of Salisbury, was charged Dec. 30 with misdemeanor larceny at 500 S. Salisbury Ave. He was held under $500 secured bond pending a Jan. 17 trial date.
In other Sheriff’s Office reports:
– Eric Eugene Hillard, 40, 1980 Ribelin Road, was charged Dec. 29 with misdemeanor larceny. He was held under $500 secured bond pending a Jan. 22 trial date.
– Miranda G. Hinson, 32, 1017 Beaten Path Road, China Grove, was charged Dec. 28 with misdemeanor larceny based on a complaint by Tina Marie Ross, 900 S. Valley St., Landis. She was held under $500 secured bond pending a Jan. 31 trial date.
– Scottie Wayne McCrary, 47, 1131 Meadowcreek Drive, China Grove, was charged Dec. 28 with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle based on a complaint by Sarah Bost, same address. He was held under $500 secured bond pending a Jan. 31 trial date.
– Jerome Christopher Miller, 16, 245 Owl Drive, was charged Dec. 30 with making a threatening phone call based on a complaint by Leticia Chavez of Salisbury. He was released on a written promise to appear in court.
– Termario Jerome Parker, 27, 109 Reamer Circle, was charged Dec. 28 with making threatening phone calls based on a complaint by Ashley Parker. He was released on a written promise to appear in court Jan. 31.
– Sheree Woodcuff Phillips, 44, 245 N. Oakhurst Drive, was charged Dec. 28 with second-degree trespassing based on a complaint by Pamela Cline, 455 Parks Road. Trial date is Jan. 24.
– William Michael Stephens, 28, 1345 Campbell Road, Woodleaf, was charged Dec. 28 with assault on a female based on a complaint by April Whitley, same address. He was held pending a bond hearing.
– George Myers Stuckey III, 47, 211 Anthony Road, Rockwell, was charged Jan. 1 with assault on a female and simple assault based on a complaint by Thelma Willoughby, same address. He was held pending a bond hearing.
– Kristyn Michelle Wale, 21, 2915 Old Concord Road, was charged Dec. 28 with simple assault based on a complaint by Anthony Lynn Daniels, 2031 N. Park Drive. Trial date is Feb. 7.
– Denise Larose, 155 Winterlocken Road, reported financial instruments stolen from her home Dec. 31 or Jan. 1.
– Scott Allen Frazier, 130 Cypress Landing, Mooresville, reported two signs stolen between Dec. 28 and 31 from Back Creek Church Road. The signs are valued at $500.
– Don Hardin of Pay Less Auto Sells, 7669 U.S. 52, Rockwell, reported vandals broke a window in a van parked at the business between Dec. 31 and Jan. 2. Damaged totaled $300.
– William Rowland Eagle of Ann Rowland Furniture, 4011 Statesville Blvd., reported vandals spray-painted a utility trailer parked at the business the night of Jan. 1. Damage totaled $200.
– Charvonna Averiett Stackhouse, 120 Proctor Drive, reported items valued at $4,320 stolen during a burglary at her home between Feb. 21 and Jan 2.
– Clayton Leo Singleton, 324 S. Enochville Ave., Kannapolis, reported two auto transmissions valued at $650 were stolen from his backyard between Dec. 26 and Jan. 2.
– George Franklin Burke, 1520 W. Ridge Road, reported a $140 rifle stolen from the bed of his truck while it was parked in his driveway between Dec. 25 and Jan. 2.
– Kimberly Ely Frizzell, 32, 270 Wal Hollow Lane, Mooresville, was charged Jan. 3 with felony first-degree burglary, felony assault by strangulation and simple assault based on a complaint by Holly Yvonne Putinsky, 445 Wal Hollow Lane, Mooresville. Frizzell was held under $50,000 secured bond pending a first appearance in court.
– John Dancy Hall, 30, 270 Wal Hollow Lane, Mooresville, was charged Jan. 3 with assault on a female based on a complaint by Holly Yvonne Putinsky, 445 Wal Hollow Lane, Mooresville. Frizzell was held under $1,000 secured bond pending a Feb. 4 trial date.
– James Hugh Cunningham III, 43, 121 Cruse Lane, was charged Jan. 2 with assault on a female and simple assault based on complaints by Melissa P. Cunningham, 1103 Arbor Drive, and James H. Cunningham IV, 195 Buccaneer Circle. He was held pending a bond hearing. Trial date is Feb. 14.
– Lori Upright Dial, 37, 3330 Shue Road, was charged Jan. 2 with second-degree trespassing based on a complaint by Misty Stancil, 134 Wingate Lane, Rockwell. Dial was released on a written promise to appear in court Feb. 14.
– Anthony Dale Upright, 31, 3330 Shue Road, was charged Jan. 2 with domestic criminal trespassing based on a complaint by Misty Stancil, 134 Wingate Lane. He was held pending a bond hearing. Trial date is Feb. 14.
