NAMI training

NAMI Rowan will be offering Peer-to-Peer, a nine-week course on the topic of recovery for any person with serious mental illness, starting in January.
The course is for anyone interested in establishing and maintaining wellness and is free of charge to people who experience mental illness. A person does not have to be a member of NAMI to take the course.
Classes are two hours per week and include a combination of lecture, interactive exercise and structural group processes. Courses are taught by teams of three peer-teachers who are themselves experienced at living with mental illness.
