Salisbury man arrested for obtaining controlled substance

Authorities arrested a Salisbury man Monday for several counts of illegally obtaining prescription medications and trafficking drugs.
Robert Louis Rehak Jr., 53, of 620 Potneck Road, Salisbury, faces 15 felony charges.
The Rowan County Sheriff’s Office charged Rehak with 11 counts of obtaining a controlled substance through precriptions, according to an arrest warrant at the Rowan County Magistrate’s Office.
He was also charged with four counts of trafficking opium or heroin, according to the warrant.
The alleged crimes took place in October and November, the warrant states.
Rehak was jailed under a $75,000 bond.
