900 block of Bringle Ferry Road will close for work Tuesday

A portion of Bringle Ferry Road in Salisbury will be closed Tuesday and remained blocked to traffic for about a week.
A contractor working for the city will be repairing a water line in the 900 block of Bringle Ferry Road between Hayden and Pine streets.
Through traffic will be detoured away from the repair area.
Motorists coming into Salisbury on Bringle Ferry Road will be diverted onto Newsome Road, which leads to East Innes Street.
Traffic going out of town on Bringle Ferry Road will be detoured onto Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue, which also connects to East Innes Street.
