Dedication ceremony
The Boyden High School class of 1956 will dedicate a pink marble bench Sunday afternoon at Rowan Museum, 202 N. Main St. in downtown Salisbury.
The dedication ceremony will take place at 3 p.m. in the gardens behind the museum. Class members donated funds to purchase the bench as a remembrance of classmates, past and present.
The museum will be open for visits to the historical exhibits Sunday afternoon.
This is also a birthday celebration, as many of the class members turn 70 this year.
