One charged, another wanted in catalytic converter thefts

On Sept. 11, Salisbury Police detectives charged Grady Richard Johnson with the theft of 24 catalytic converters from Team Chevrolet, Gerry Wood and MBJ Service.
He was served with two felony larceny warrants and six misdemeanor warrants. Johnson is being held in the Davidson County Jail under a secured bond.
Salisbury detectives recovered 22 of the 24 catalytic converters stolen.
Another subject, Jonathan Michael Guy, is still wanted for the same charges and has been listed as state wanted for pending charges in Salisbury and numerous charges in Lexington.
