Cash stored in a cash drawer was stolen after someone broke into a Salisbury business, according to the Salisbury Police Department.
Mike Balis reported the burglary occurred between July 7 and 9 at White Tire Center, 200 E. Liberty St. The amount stolen was $200.

– Joseph Darnell Collins, 110 Kristy Lane, reported July 7 that weapons had been stolen from his bedroom.
– A burglar tried to break into Superior Oil Co., 316 Roy St., July 7.
– Vandals broke windows in trucks at Cohen Heating and Air Conditioning, 301 S. Jake Alexander Blvd., July 6 or 7.
– Thomas Ray Adcock, 1406 Van Nuys St., reported tools valued at $250 stolen after someone broke into his storage building July 7.
– A burglar broke into North Pine Warehouse, 814 W. Innes St., July 7 by breaking out a rear window.
– Vandals set a fire in a dumpster at Benfield Sanitation Services, 509 Faith Road, about 4:30 a.m. July 8.
– Tracey Braddock Jameson, 46, was charged July 8 with misdemeanor larceny at Food Lion, 123 Mahaley Ave.
– Brittany Gaither reported someone stole her purse after breaking into her vehicle while it was parked at 140 Titan Drive July 8.
– Michael Robert Newman, 829 S. Jackson St., reported items stolen after a burglar broke into his home through a rear window between July 5 and 8.
– Steven Murray Wall of Salisbury reported July 8 that someone had forged some of his personal checks.
– Vandals spray-painted obscene words on the Salisbury School of Karate building at 124 N. Church St. July 8.
– Cathy Lejune Smith Teeter reported a $100 bicycle stolen July 9 from 935 W. Innes St.
– Jerry Daniel Withers reported a $2,000 scooter stolen July 9 from 1123 S. Main St.
– Barry Medinger reported a burglar broke into City Consignment Shop, 419 S. Main St., between July 7 and 9.
– James Robert Lambert of Salisbury reported an Internet credit card fraud on July 9.
– Frank Robert Sweeley, 925 Sunset Drive, reported a 5-foot piece of copper ground wire stolen from his pump house between July 1 and 9.
– Jimmy Coloso Restar reported a July 9 larceny at 401 S. Merritt Ave.
– Jay Hudson reported vandals broke the stereo antenna off his vehicle while it was parked at 201 W. Council St. July 7.
– A stereo valued at $150 was stolen from the Salvation Army Thrift Store, 520 S. Main St., on July 9.
– A burglar broke into a Norfolk Southern Railroad building at 625 N. Lee St. July 10.
– Francis Edward Goodman, 1804 E. Park Road, reported someone threw a homemade explosive device and a glass bottle at his home just after 3 a.m. July 10.
– Laura Johnson reported items stolen from her truck while it was parked at 140 Norris Drive, July 10.
– Vandals damaged Salisbury Housing Authority property at 1030 E. Lafayette St. July 10.
– Sean Javon Jacobs, 20, 428 E. Council St., was charged July 7 with carrying concealed weapons at 500 E. Innes St. Trial date is July 25.
– Desmond Joe Allen, 18, 120D N. Craige St., was charged July 7 with indecent exposure. Trial date is July 31.
– Michael Dwayne Stewart, 22, 124G Cemetery St., Faith, was charged July 8 with possession of stolen goods and misdemeanor larceny. He was held under $1,000 secured bond pending an Aug. 13 trial date.
– Frank Douglas Gaines III, 29, 736 Seldon Drive, Charlotte, was charged July 8 with assault on a female and injury to personal property based on a complaint by Michelle Latonya Williams, 303 S. Iredell Ave., Spencer. Trial date is Aug. 23.
– Alfred Earl Armstrong, 48, 514 W. Cemetery St., was charged July 9 with concealment of merchandise. He was held under $500 secured bond pending an Aug. 7 trial date.
– Joseph Patrick Goodman, 18, was charged July 9 at 1901 W. Innes St. with purchasing/ possession of alcohol by anyone under age 21.
– Lisa L. Hoover, 42, 231 W. D Ave., N. 92, was charged July 6 with disorderly conduct and resisting, delaying and obstructing a public officer. She was held under $1,000 secured bond pending an Aug. 14 trial date.
– Angela Garris Owen, 36, 112 Boss Hog Ave., Lexington, was charged July 6 with simple possession of a Schedule III controlled substance, felony trafficking in heroin and misdemeanor larceny at Wal-Mart, 323 S. Arlington St. She was held under total secured bond of $26,000 pending a first appearance in court on the drug charges and an Aug. 7 trial date on the larceny charge.
– Crystal Brown Dill, 45, 1511 W. Horah St., was charged July 6 with simple assault. Trial date is Aug. 2.
