A Salisbury man and woman face multiple drug charges in unrelated arrests Thursday.

Zuleika Irene Ramseur, 19, of 1220 Sells Road was placed under $100,000 secured bond pending a Jan. 16 first-appearance hearing in Rowan County District Court, according to arrest reports.

Ramseur is charged with trafficking in marijuana, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia (a glass pipe used to consume a controlled substance), the reports said. She was arrested by Officer P.L. Kepley of the Rowan County Sheriff’s Office.

Wayne Antoine Partee, 29, of 917 Railroad St. was placed under $5,000 secured bond, also pending a Jan. 16 first-appearance hearing, according to arrest reports.

He was charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver eight dosage units of Xanax, possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine and resisting, delaying and obstructing Officer K.C. Puranda of the Salisbury Police Department by refusing to put his hands on the officer’s vehicle as ordered, the reports said.
