Montreat graduate
Brittany Blair Anderson graduated May 12 from Montreat College. She received a bachelor of arts degree in English with a concentration in communications.
Anderson plans to pursue a masters degree in communications focusing on public relations and graphics design at the University of North Carolina.
At Montreat, she was an Elizabeth Wilson Alumni Scholar, Keystone Scholar, a member of the Homecoming Committee, graphics design and layout editor of the college newspaper, The Whetstone, and the literary magazine, Q. Her senior thesis was The Pen Behind the Ink.
She is a graduate of West Rowan High School and also attended Polk County High School. She is the daughter of Dan and Annette Black of Salisbury.
