Kevin and Beth Evans of Gold Hill are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Linley Elizabeth Evans, to Brandon Michael Coggins of Raleigh.
Linley is the granddaughter of Jackie and Janice Evans of Gold Hill and Mary and the late Rev. James Northington of Thomasville. A 2008 graduate of East Rowan High School, she graduated magna cum laude from Meredith College in 2012, with a B.S. in Family and Consumer Sciences with grades 7-12 teaching license. She teaches for Rowan-Salisbury Schools.
Brandon is the son of Tim and Debra Coggins of Cary and the grandson of the late Leonard and Annie Lee Coggins of Tarboro and Patsy and the late Julian Mangum of Rocky Mount. A 2008 graduate of Cary High School, he earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University in 2013 and is a Mechanical Designer at Crenshaw Consulting Engineers.
The wedding is June 20 at Grace Bible Church, Rockwell.
