The N.C. State Veterans Home-Salisbury was awarded last week a deficiency-free rating by the state of North Carolina. The Veterans Home continues to be a 5 star facility.

Treating veterans with the dignity and respect they have earned and deserve is the mission of the Veterans Home, offering skilled nursing and rehabilitation. It is located on the W.G. (Bill) Hefner VA Medical Center campus in building 10.
