Granite Quarry-Faith officials looking for Rowan man in debit card theft

Investigators with the Granite Quarry-Faith Joint Police Authority have identified a person of interest involved in a debit card theft a week ago.
Investigators have identified the man as Fred Paul Allen III, 23, who has addresses in East Spencer and Charlotte.
Officials released surveillance still images dated April 23 showing a man wearing a baseball cap and T-shirt with what appeared to be the stolen debit card.
Allen is described as 5 foot, 11 inches tall and 280 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
A statement said the Granite Quarry-Faith and the Salisbury police departments have warrants on file for Allen, and he was been entered as a state-wanted person.
