Rowan County authorities are looking for two registered sex offenders who’ve moved from their listed residences without notifying officials of their move.

The Rowan County Sheriff’s Office has added Franklin Scott Black, 52, and Oris Van Hilton, 35, to its most wanted list. Both men are facing felony charges for failing to notify of an address change.

Black, who is described as 5 foot 8 inches tall and weighing 145 pounds was last known to have been in China Grove.

Hilton is described as being 5 foot 6 inches tall and weighing 140 pounds. Hilton is last known to be in the Kannapolis area.
