CHINA GROVE — “The Patch,” a family fall event featuring a pumpkin patch, nightly storytelling, Saturday night movies and more, is coming to China Grove this month.
The event will be held at Hanna Park Oct. 11-25. It is open on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 4 p.m. to dusk, Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., with Movie Night at 7, and Sundays from 12:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.
“The Patch” is a fundraiser for the Carson High School Theatre Department, in partnership with the China Grove Board of Trade, Patterson Farm Market & Tours and Miller Davis Agency. China Grove merchants will have extended hours during the event with special promotions.
Theater students will be featured as storytellers.
