Crowds of boaters took to the water for some late-summer fun and relaxation at High Rock Lake during a long Labor Day weekend.

The weather was, perhaps, best on Sunday, when temperatures topped out in the low 80s. The whisps of clouds didn’t pose a threat of rain. And, boaters took advantage of the opportunity.

Some took to inner tubes for fast-paced fun. Others simply laid back with family and friends and enjoyed the waning weeks of summer.
