It’s an amazing 43 degrees this morning, lower than predicted and quite a surprise to folks stepping outside.

It should warm up to a beautiful day, which is the beginning of a week of cooler nighttime temperatures and mostly sunny skies with lower humidity. This morning was decidedly damp, though.

Today will be sunny and 76. Tonight will bring some patchy fog after 1 a.m., but it will be clear and 50, or less, depending on where you live.

We’ll warm up gradually throughout the week, with the highs and lows creeping up each day.

For Tuesday, sunny and 81, with another clear night and another low around 52.

On Wednesday, sunny and 82, with a low of 54.

Thursday, too, will be sunny, with a high of 84 and a low of 57.

Friday, sunny, 85, low of 60.

Saturday, mostly sunny, high of 87; low of 62.

And for Sunday, mostly sunny and a high of 86.
