SALISBURY — Powles Staton Funeral Home of Rockwell is sponsoring a special Rowan Museum exhibit day Tuesday which will allow visitors to view “Tour of Duty,” the Vietnam War exhibit.

The exhibit will be open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday. Admission is free. Rowan Museum is located at 202 N. Main St., and its “Tour of Duty’ Vietnam War exhibit will be on display through Memorial Day 2016.

The museum’s regular hours are from 1-4 p.m. Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and group tours are available by appointment on other days.

The funeral home also will have its “Honor Your Flag” barrel at the museum for anyone wanting to dispose of used U.S. flags.
