Carlotta Chambers-Ramseur is a December 2015 graduate of Liberty University with an Education Specialist (Ed.S) degree in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Reading. While at Liberty, she was inducted in Kappa Delta Pi Education Honor Society.
A 1990 graduate of North Rowan High School, Carlotta holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from North Carolina A&T State University and a Master of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Lesley University.
The daughter of Hazel Chambers of Salisbury, Carlotta is a Title I Reading teacher at Knox Middle School and a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc.
She is married to Derek Ramseur of Statesville, and they reside in Cleveland.
