Bill and Margaret Varnadore celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Feb. 20, 2016. They were married Feb. 20, 1966, at Oak Grove United Methodist Church in China Grove by the late Rev. Frank Starnes.
Bill and Margaret owned and operated Varnadore Construction Company together since 1970.
Their children are Chad Varnadore of Salisbury and Amy Crisp and husband Rev. Robbie Crisp of Kingsport, Tenn. Their four grandchildren are Faith, Lael, Athaliah and Jedaiah Crisp.
Their children and grandchildren appreciate all the many ways the Varnadores have supported, loved and cared for them over the years. “We honor you today and pray God’s continued blessings upon your life together! We love you!”
A small family gathering was held to honor the couple, with anticipation of a larger celebration in the summer months.
