The Rowan County Chamber of Commerce will present a Glenn Shepard seminar on Tuesday, April 12, 8 a.m.-noon at Trinity Oaks, 728 Klumac Road.

“Glenn Shepard is a best-selling author and speaker for chambers of commerce all across the country. He presented a very popular seminar for the Rowan Chamber in 2014. He’s back for a more in-depth seminar on how to manage problem employees based on one of his books,” said Elaine Spalding, Chamber president.

She continued, “Shepard will stay around after the seminar to answer any questions you and your employees may have, and will also be giving away lots of freebies at the event.”

Chamber members receive a discounted price of only $129 per person; for non-members, tuition is $149. When three or more enroll, the fourth person attends for free.

The same seminar is also being offered by the Statesville Chamber on Wednesday, April 13 — if the April 12 date does not work for you. The same discount and rates apply for both chamber seminars. This seminar is approved for professional development credit hours for human resources professionals.
