MOORESVILLE – Faye Bebber Karriker, 71, of 7375 N.C. 152 West, died Wednesday, Dec. 27, 2006, at Hospice House of Cabarrus County.

Born Jan. 6, 1935, Mrs. Karriker was the daughter of the late Hoyle B. and Luella Sipe Bebber. A 1953 graduate of Landis High School, she retired from the accounts receivable department of Fieldcrest Cannon.

She was a member of Concordia Lutheran Church, where in earlier years she was a Luther League adviser, taught Sunday School in the Youth Department, served as treasurer of the Special Fund and Memorial Fund and was president of her Sunday School class. Mrs. Karriker was also a member of the Corriher Grange.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sister Carolyn B. Barrier.

Survivors include her husband of 53 years, Jerry E. Karriker; daughters Diane Karriker of Mooresville and Gail K. (Ricky) Corriher of China Grove; brother Grady (Cathy) Bebber of Thomas-ville; sister Jean Walker of Raleigh; and grandchildren Dane and Tyler Corriher.

Service: 3 p.m. Friday at Concordia Lutheran Church with the Rev. Ken Reed and the Rev. Larry Bost officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Visitation: 7-9 tonight at Linn-Honeycutt Funeral Home, China Grove.
