Rice Graduation

Ky’Aun Marqueiz Rice of Salisbury is graduating from Salisbury High School June 11, 2016.
He is the son of Keisha Drye and Scott Rice, both of Salisbury, and the grandson of Mr. & Mrs. Kenneth Drye Sr. and the late Mr. & Mrs. T.C. Rice.
Ky’Aun is a member of IMPACT (Inspiring Males Promoting Achievement, Character and Trust), a mentor group led by Christopher McNeil; a four-year member of Crosby Scholars; a member of the varsity football team and track team. He received “A Good Day’s Work” scholarship, given by Rev. Dr. Carolyn Buford and family.
Ky’Aun plans to pursue a career in sports marketing at Johnson C. Smith University.
Congratulations, Ky’Aun. We are so proud of you and the young man you have grown to be. We can’t believe you are about to journey into the next level of your life. Continue to keep God first in all that you do. As you walk in your blessings God has for you, strive for the top and know nothing is impossible.
