MOCKSVILLE – Regenia Rinehardt Talbert, 46, of Mocksville, died Tuesday Dec. 19, 2006 at her residence.

She was born Oct. 19, 1960 in Cabarrus County to Elizabeth Deal Rinehardt and the late Martin Rinehardt.

She graduated from North West Cabarrus High School, was a member of Trinity Baptist Church and a homemaker.

In addition to her mother she is survived by her husband Chad Talbert, whom she married Feb. 28, 2006; son Keith Barbee of Marion; daughter Brittiany Parson of Kannapolis and brothers: Dennis Rinehardt, Tim Rinehardt, Joey Rinehardt and Ronnie Rinehardt.

Service: 2 p.m. Saturday at Trinity Baptist Church with the Rev. Darrell Cox officiating. Burial will be at Liberty United Methodist Church Cemetery.

Visitation: The family will be at 128 Gladstone Road.
