CHINA GROVE — Ola Blanche Crayton, 80, 10 Walnut St., died Thursday (Dec. 14, 2006) at her home.

Born Oct. 11, 1926, Mrs. Crayton was a daughter of the late Aden Jackson and Leia Turner Little.

She was a member of Poplar Grove Baptist Church, Concord.

Her husband, Clay Van Crayton, preceded her in death.

Survivors include sons Gerald Crayton, China Grove, Marcus Crayton, Concord, and Brian Crayton, Kannapolis; daughter Melissa Allmon, China Grove; brother Harold Little, Statesville; sister Edith Barnhardt, Concord; three grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

A service was held Sunday (Dec. 17, 2006) at Hartsell Funeral Home, Concord, conducted by the Rev. Jimmy Barrett. Burial, Mission Baptist Church cemetery, Locust.
