A local woman was charged last week after allegedly remaining at a local hotel after being being told not to be on the premises.

Jehan Davis, 37, was charged Thursday with second-degree trespassing.

Warrants state that Davis, a Salisbury resident, remained on the premises of the Courtyard Mariott “after having been notified not to enter or remain there by a person in charge of the premises, Suzie Johnston.”

The hotel is located at 120 Marriott Circle in Salisbury.

Records show Davis was released on a $300 secured bond.
