SALISBURY – Jeanette W. Houston, of The Laurels, expired Monday, Jan. 8, 2007.

Mrs. Houston was born in Arkansas City, Ark., to the late Mr. Joseph and Essie Green Wade. She was a member of New Zion Baptist Church, Dunn Mountain.

She leaves to cherish her memories daughters Willette Johnson, Sandra Wade and Yolanda Woods, all of Salisbury, and four grandchildren.

Visitation, Burial, Service: The family will receive friends at New Zion Baptist Church Saturday at 1:30 p.m., with burial at 2 p.m. in the church cemetery. A Celebration of Life service will be at 2:30 p.m. The Rev. Paul Jones will be officiating.
