SALISBURY — Customers of a local pizza restaurant reported seeing a man outside exposing his genitals. Salisbury Police say the man was standing in the parking lot of Cici’s Pizza, South Jake Alexander Boulevard.

His pants were undone and his genitals were exposed. He stood beside a blue mini van and then got inside the van. The man drove to another part of the parking lot, and a few minutes later he drove away. Police say someone was able to provide a license plate number. The investigation continues. The incident occurred Saturday just before 2 p.m.
