SALISBURY – Novant Health Rowan Medical Center will sponsor “Crucial Conversations: Making Decisions When Your Life Depends on It,” at Lee Street theatre Wednesday, Oct. 19 at 5:30 p.m.

“Crucial Conversations” will include a presentation about advance directives and making end-of-life health care decisions. After the presentation, all are invited to stay and watch “Tuesdays with Morrie,” produced by Lee Street theatre. The event is free and open to the public.

“End of life conversations can be very difficult and uncomfortable for people,” says Jessica ljames, Novant Health Rowan Medical Center manager of social responsibility. “The goal of this presentation is to inform both caregivers and individuals about the importance of thinking through these issues personally and having these discussions with those that they love.”
