The Rowan County Sheriff’s Office has arrested William Allen Hall. Hall, 42, was placed on the Sheriff’s Most Wanted List Tuesday with a charge of first degree sexual offense. The warrant was obtained on Oct. 13.

He was arrested Thursday in Cabarrus County and will be sent back to Rowan County. Hall has been removed from the Most Wanted List. Hall has previously been charged in Mecklenburg County with assault on a female.
