SALISBURY — The Central Carolina Chapter of the Military Officers Association of America will meet at noon Monday at Rufty-Holmes Senior Center. Guest speaker will be retired Brig. Gen. Harold Earnhardt of the U.S. Air Force.

Earnhardt will talk about the development of the Air Force since its founding after World War II.
