Mary Lee Gulledge
Mary Lee Moore Gulledge, 90, of Holly Avenue, died Saturday (Nov. 25, 2006) at Five Oaks Nursing Home, Concord.
Born Dec. 4, 1915, in Ruby, S.C., Mrs Gulledge was a daughter of the late Walter Henry and Ollie Lee Oliver Moore.
She retired from the Spinning Room of Cannon Mills Plant 7.
Son Harold McCoy Gulledge and daughter Patricia Ann Parker preceded her in death.
Survivors include husband Bert McCoy Gulledge; son Bobby Joe Gulledge, Kannapolis; daughters Linda Moore, Mooresville, and Mary Elizabeth Weiss, Inman, S.C.; brothers Hargett F. and Robert Lee Moore, both of Kannapolis, and James Knox Moore, Ruby, S.C.; sister Hazel Vick, Ruby, S.C.; 18 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held Monday at Carolina Memorial Park.
Whitley’s Funeral Home was in charge.
