CONCORD  — The Salisbury Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority will co-sponsor with the Concord Alumnae Chapter an event on Saturday in observance of World AIDS Day.

The observance Saturday will be held from noon to 2 p.m. at the McGill Baptist Church located at 5300 Poplar Tent Road.

World AIDS Day was Dec. 1.

This event is open to the public. The 2016 theme is “Act Against AIDS.” The speaker for the event is Devondia Roseborough, author and community leader. Free onsite testing will be available. Please come out and bring your family and friends.
