Today’s morning temperature is only one degree warmer than Wednesday’s — 25 — and we remain under a freeze warning until 11 a.m.
And there is another freeze warning from 10 p.m. tonight to 10 a.m. Friday.
It will warm up a bit today, with a high of 48 under sunny skies. And the wind will relent, with west northwest winds at 5-10 mph.
Tonight will be clear and very cold, with a low of 25, with calming winds. Less wind tonight means a heavier freeze Friday. The gusty winds kept the frost off the grass and cars over Tuesday night, and somewhat Wednesday night, as well.
Friday will be mostly sunny and 10 degrees warmer, with a high of 58. Calm wind will become south southwest at 5-9 mph in the afternoon.
A 20 percent of rain arrives after 1 a.m., and it will be mostly cloudy and 46. South southwest wind will be at 7-9 mph.
Saturday has a 50 percent chance of rain before 2 p.m. It will be mostly cloudy and warmer again, with a high of 67. But the wind will return, this time from the southwest at 9-14 mph, gusting as high as 22 mph.
Saturday night will be clear, with a low of 35.
Sunday will be sunny and back to 58. The low will drop to freezing, 32 degrees.
Monday will be sunny and 65, with a low of 46.
Then spring returns Tuesday with a 30 percent chance of rain, partly sunny skies and a high of 73. The same chance of rain sticks around Tuesday night, with a low of 41.
Wednesday will be mostly sunny and 61.
