The Civitan Club of Salisbury is seeking nominations for the Civitan Good Samaritan of the Year Award.

Nominations will be accepted through Thursday. The award will be presented April 6.

The Civitan Good Samaritan Award has been presented annually since 1973. It is designed to recognize people who have exhibited the characteristics of the Bible’s Good Samaritan in recognizing a need and responding to it with compassion and assistance.

To submit a nomination, write a letter about the person telling of his or her deeds, but do not include the person’s name. Attach a cover letter with the person’s name, your name, address, telephone number and email address if appropriate.

A nomination may be given to any member of the Civitan Club of Salisbury or mail it to Good Samaritan Award, Civitan Club of Salisbury, PO Box 171, Salisbury, NC 28145.
