In partnership with a grant received from the Salisbury Community Foundation, the Pregnancy Support Center of Rowan County will be sponsoring Truth for Schools assemblies in all seven of the Rowan-Salisbury Middle Schools the week of April 24.

The assemblies are led by national communicator, author and radio host Jeffrey Dean. Dean is one of the nation’s most relevant and sought after communicators to both teens and adults. His mission is to inspire students to be their very best, motivating them to make wise choices that will benefit them for a lifetime.

“We are so excited to partner with Jeffrey Dean to bring the message to our students that their choices matter. Our hope at the Pregnancy Support Center is that this message will reach our students before they need to reach out to us in crisis” said Shari Evans, executive director of the Pregnancy Support Center.

In addition to the assemblies, Dean will speak at a Youth Rally at Life Church Wednesday, April 26, at 6:30 p.m. and will be the keynote speaker for the Pregnancy Support Center’s Annual Spring Benefit Giving LIFE to Their Stories.

The Spring Benefit will be held at the Event Center on Webb Road Thursday, April 27, and will celebrate the life changing work done at the Pregnancy Support Center. For more information on these events, contact the PSC office at 704-633-7695.
