Rowan weather: Showers and thunderstorms possible

The weather prediction for today is slightly off. It was supposed to be mostly cloudy all day, but the sun is shining and the puddles are drying up.
We have a slight chance of showers this morning, then thunderstorms possible after noon and throughout the early evening. The high will be 80, with west wind at 3-6 mph.
It is a code yellow air day.
Tonight we have a 60 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, with patchy fog between 10 p.m. and 2 a.m. The low will be 62. A tenth to quarter inch of rain is possible, but higher in thunderstorms.
Tuesday, we have an 80 percent chance of showers, with a high of 72 and northeast wind at 6-9 mph. One to 2 inches of rain is possible. Flooding is possible with this rain, which could become stationary.
The chance of rain Tuesday night is 60 percent. The low will be 60 with east southeast wind at 5-7 mph. A half to three-quarters of an inch of rain is possible.
Wednesday will bring more rain, with a 60 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. It will be partly cloudy, with a high of 74 and south southeast wind at 6-8 mph. The chance of storms and showers Wednesday night is 50 percent, with a low of 58.
Even Thursday has a 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, but it will be partly sunny with a high of 73. The low will be 54.
Friday, though, should be sunny and 78, with a low of 58.
Saturday will be even warmer, with mostly sunny skies and a high of 84. The low will be 64.
