Letter: ‘We need more’

Thank you, Salisbury Parks and Recreation, Salisbury Police Department and Salisbury-Rowan community for our collaboration to have a successful and safe National Night Out.
The event was a true reflection of how we can still come together and shine despite what happens around us.
In the words of a concerned mother, “We need more events like this.” We are looking forward to participating in more collaborative efforts to strengthen our community.
