I wish to call your attention to a serious problem in most neighborhood streets. West of North and South Main in Salisbury, approximately 80 percent of the streets are in dire need of repaving. They run north, south, east, and west.

Those streets east of North and South Main Street need attention also.

I’ve lived most of my life in the Salisbury area, and we have a great city.
