Weather permitting, N.C. Department of Transportation maintenance crews in Faith will close a section of Rainey Road next week to replace a storm drain.
Rainey Road will be closed just east of Main Street from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day, March 10-12. During the daily road closure, motorists will use South Main Street to Gantt Street to East Second to Jaycee Street as the signed detour route. Rainey Road will be open to traffic during evening hours.
The surface of the road will be replaced at the end of the drain repair.
