CONCORD — The Salisbury-Rowan Community Action Agency will hold a fundraiser Friday in Concord.

The agency’s second annual fundraiser will be in the Copperfield Room, 270 Copperfield Blvd. NE, in Suite 203.

The fundraiser will be incorporated into the annual board meeting, which begins at noon.

The guest speaker will be Sabrina Harris, owner of Sabrina Bougie Styles in Salisbury and a participant in the agency’s Head Start program.

Current members of the agency’s board of directors are Donna White Cook, chairwoman; Mary Lowe, vice chairwoman; Tammy Corpening, treasurer; Suzette Davis, secretary; Carlos Watson, parliamentarian; and Clara Cory, Deborah Howell, Veronica Cherry, Essie Ruffin, Nathan Currie, Eleanor Quadirah, David Post, Sandi Wimmer, Carol Ann Houpe and Wendell Fant.
