Letter: In agreement on city garbage plan

The writer is responding to a letter in the Post on Nov. 30, “New collection plan will fail.”

I want to think Larry Bowyer. He said everything that was right about the city of Salisbury. People out here off Harrison Road already throw trash out. You call code enforcement, and they say they can’t do anything.

The only reason they annexed us out in Westwood was for tax money to pay for Fibrant. The only service we get is garbage pickup. We pay city and county taxes. The city taxes are higher than the county.
