SALISBURY — Thieves broke into three area restaurants overnight Tuesday, according to the Salisbury Police Department.
Thieves broke the glass in the front door of Los Arcos Mexican Restaurant, 1311 Klumac Road, and forced their way into an office, where they took money. The break-in is believed to have been about 2:20 a.m. Tuesday.
Police Lt. Greg Beam said thieves broke the glass door at Casa Grande, 905 Klumac Road, but no money was taken. He said the suspects ransacked the restaurant, including breaking televisions. The break-in is believed to have been at 2:38 a.m.
Employees at Ichiban Japanese Steakhouse, 1005 Klumac Road, discovered about 3:30 p.m. Tuesday that the business had been broken into, Beam said. It’s not clear if money was taken because investigators were still completing a report.
