CorrectionThe annual planning retreat for the Rowan County Board of Commissioners will be Tuesday-Thursday, Feb. 24-26 at the Tadlock South Rowan Regional Library, 920 Kimball Road, China Grove. The date was listed incorrectly in an earlier story.
