Meredith Haley Julian of Concord received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing upon graduating from Appalachian State University’s Beaver College of Health Sciences.

Meredith was one of only forty students accepted into the nursing program. She was an honor student and also served as a resident assistant within her dorm.

Meredith will begin work at Novant Health Presbyterian in Charlotte in mid-July in the Critical Care Unit.

She is the daughter of Jeff and Dawn Julian of Concord and the granddaughter of Don and Edith Julian of Salisbury and Gary and Mary Ann Sharpe of Greensboro and the great-granddaughter of Sarah Sharpe, also of Greensboro.
