Kimrey Earns Eagle Award

Matthew Dakotah Kimrey of Kannapolis received his Eagle Scout Award Sunday, June 10, 2018, at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church, Salisbury, presented by Harold Driver.
A troop guide with Troop 350 of Rockwell, Matthew has 29 merit badges and is a member of the Order of the Arrow. Matthew is the 56th scout to achieve the rank of Eagle Scout in Troop 350 of Rockwell.
A 2018 graduate of East Rowan High School, he is the son of Maria Kimrey Carlton and the late Lance Kimrey of Kannapolis.
