Shiloh Run for missions is Saturday

Shiloh Reformed Church of Faith is set to host its Run for Missions 5K on Saturday, June 30, at 8 a.m. A half-mile fun run for kids will follow at 8:50 a.m. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Shiloh mission teams that have served in Alaska, West Virginia, Georgia, Ohio, Illinois, Belize and North Carolina. This year, the youth will travel to the N.C. coast and Virginia while the adults travel to eastern N.C.
All participants will receive a dri-fit shirt while they last and plenty of refreshments while a drawing will be held for a large number of door prizes. The top three overall winners will receive awards as will the top three participants in 13 age groups for both male and female. Walkers are encouraged to participate.
Registration continues at www.sportoften.com all week and will be available at the church on Saturday morning before the races. Sponsors for the event include Novant Health, Salcoa Contracting, Inc., F&M Bank, Cheerwine, McCombs and Co., Gerry Wood Auto Group, Pairs and Squares Sunday School and Shiloh Circle #2.
