Dr. Quintin Prescott Ellis graduated with distinction (3.95 GPA or better) from the New England College of Business with a Doctor of Business Administration in Quality Systems Management.

Dr. Ellis graduated from Salisbury High School in 1986 and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University, Greensboro, in 1991. He received his Master of Science degree in Quality Systems Management from the National Graduate School of Quality Management, Falmouth, Mass., in 2005 and his Master of Arts degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College, Newport, R.I., in 2011.

Dr. Ellis plans to become a senior executive service member in the U.S. federal government and to obtain an adjunct professor position within the state of Maryland or the District of Columbia.

Quintin is the son of Ms. Patricia Ellis and the late Charles G. Ellis of Salisbury. He has been married to Leslie Holloway Ellis for 22 years. She is the daughter of Mr. Charles N. Holloway Sr. and the late Lula N. Holloway. Quintin and Leslie have a 15-year-old son, Quintin C. Ellis. The family resides in Odenton, Md.
