Mr. and Mrs. Hubert V. Goodman celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary on July 15, 2018 at Organ Lutheran Church Fellowship Hall with a dinner for family and friends.

They were married on July 4, 1953 at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church.

Mr. Goodman retired from Goodman’s Lawn and Garden Repair Shop after 30 years of ownership. Mrs. Goodman retired from Rowan Industries after 30 years as a seamstress.

They have two sons, Randy and Rodney; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
